About Fika Fika Coffee

Cozy spot for freshly roasted coffee and premium teas, plus treats, including popular mochi.

Located at 418 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015, Fika Fika Coffee operates as a coffee shop serving Los Angeles in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Los Angeles, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across California, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 6 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (213) 205-8202. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, fikafikacoffee.square.site.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 75 reviews, which is a strong result for a coffee shop in Los Angeles and suggests consistent service.

Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I feel like this is the place you can go with friends and eat whatever you want! For example I got desserts and my friend goes a breakfast toast. The drinks are delicious, I got the So Matcha So Flora with Ube and I liked that you could take all three flavors at once. The matcha was a great shade of green as well! Highly recommend you try the melon ice cream, it was sooooooo delicious! They also have the cutest desserts you’ve ever seen like a capybara mousse. Didn’t get to try that one but it looked so cute. For the mochi paw cakes I would recommend the Nutella flavor! The matcha and ube ones didn’t taste as much as the Nutella one did but they were all still yummy!

My first time trying Fika Fika Coffee and I loved the aesthetics and their yummy drinks and desserts! This is their new location in DTLA! Definitely recommend the mochi paw cakes. They came out warm with the perfect chewy texture(we tried the black sesame, strawberry, and ube which were all delicious)! The croffle with icecream was also really good! Of the two drinks my favorite was the matcha with vanilla cloud cream top! You also can't miss their adorable Bear-shaped mousse cakes! Overall cafe was very spacious with lots of seating!

Another Fika Fika in town! Just like the rest, huge space that’s simply great to work and hang. We’re there roughly 45 minutes and saw no single one left LOL. The price was surely decent for the size. Also they seemed to expand their sweer treats selections with the recently hyped crunchy mouse cakes. We got Lavender cream top cold brew and Brown sugar oolong tea espresso. The cream top was slightly too thick for my preference so tad hard to mix. The cold brew itself was okay. If you’re more into ‘fun drink’, would recommend trying the tea espresso selection. I opted for their favorite brown sugar oolong one and somewhat reminded me of hojicha, which I was fond of being hojicha fan. You could choose the espresso blend you fancied too!

Finally checked out Fika Fika’s new DTLA location and wow… it’s HUGE. The new space is bright, spacious, and honestly one of those cafés where you can easily spend a few hours working, studying, or catching up with friends. We grabbed two scoops of ice cream — Ube and Butterfly Vanilla — both so good and not overly sweet. For drinks, we tried the So Matcha So Cloudy milk tea and the super refreshing Japan Hojicha Roasted Green Tea, which was perfect for a warm afternoon. And of course, I couldn’t leave without my favorite Mochi Paw Cake 🐾💕 They also have plenty of coffee, tea, toast, and light meal options, making it a great spot whether you're here to work, study, or just enjoy a slow café day.
